Mixing

For mechanical mixing add to the mixing container 15 liters of water for each 25 Kg bag of (DCP). Add the powder to the water and mix with a mechanical plaster mixer or low speed electric drill fitted with a suitable paddle for 3–4 minutes, until a uniform, lump free consistency is achieved. Leave the mixed material to stand for 10 minutes and briefly remix without addition of water. Mixed material must be used within 3 hours. Do not add water once the mixed filler mortar starts to stiffen or harden.

Storage

(DCP) can be stored 24 months in the original packaging in a normal indoor environment.
